Review content:
I was so thoroughly disappointed in my lunch at Wildwood, I can only hope that dinner is an entirely different experience. Service was amateur at best, the water and coffee were spilled, as cutlery was collected it was simultaneously dropped. The waiter was unable to answer simple questions regarding menu items and hardly anything could be heard over the din of the dining room! Lunch menu was extremely uncreative, consisting of hamburger (seriously?) with mushy lackluster fries, fish and chips (again, seriously?) with sour coleslaw, and several seafood options, most of which arrived seriously overcooked. If this is considered some of the best Portland has to offer, it's time to move!
Pros: seasonal menu
Cons: way too much hype
