I have gone to the Madras OR Burger King twice now. The first time, I was as a walk-in and made my order. But the order was switched and I was not notified that they had ran out of the supplies for making my order. They took it upon themselves to substitute my order without allowing me to make a substitute order myself. The replacement order was substandard, cold and not appealing at all. I was very disappointed that they couldn't give me the courtesy to make another selection. The second time, I ordered at the drive-thru. I ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger and got something that appeared to be a cross between my order and something with BBQ sauce. I didn't know they did another bait and switch on me until I arrived home, 15 miles away! It smelled so bad that I gave it to my dog...he only picked at part of it. These were two consecutive visits to Burger King...I've learned my lesson and will not return for a third event of poor treatment. I hope the owner checks these reviews and corrects his management and staff before somebody ends up with severe indigestion from the Madras OR Burger King!!
