At The Care Shop, they are awesome! I had to have an engine replaced, and Mark was fantastic! He shopped around to find the best and most reasonably priced engine. He gave me an excellent warranty and price. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain the whole process to me and it was based on my car's needs as well as my own needs. He broke it down and made it easy for me to understand what he was doing. I am completely comfortable and confident they'll do the right thing when I go there. Mark is very knowledgeable and does excellent work. He is the type of mechanic who takes the time to get to know you and your car. He's like the family doctor, pointing out things that might need addressing in the near future, or things can wait to be fixed. He puts you on a good maintenance plan. I would highly recommend them to anybody, actually I have recommended them to quite a few people.
