Businiess name:  The Care Shop

Review content:
I first went to The Care Shop because I was looking for a low price, high quality alternative to the dealer. They generally come in at a little less than the dealer, and they do good work. The dealer is supposed to do good work, but I was dissatisfied with some of the things they do. I always move to another shop when I feel ripped off, but I haven't moved from The Care Shop in a couple of years. As a non-technical customer it is hard to tell if someone is ripping you off. You have to depend on the honesty of the people there. A few years back I took my car to different shops, and they kept telling me different CV joints were bad. I could see that one of them had been cut with a knife. I don't ever want to go back to those shops again, even if one of them was honest. I have never had an experience like that with The Care Shop, and that is important. They have excellent service, but they do have one little flaw. They are slow getting you from your house to the shop, but that is extremely minor. They are nice, friendly people, and they are honest. That is what counts. They understand that their reputation is very, very important. The fact that I have stayed with them so long is a tribute to their shop. John Cleary
