Review content:
As a resident I think it unfortunate that Nantucket Bay and Gatehouse Management, Inc. of Mansfield, Massachusetts are so indifferent to the needs of its residents. They continually fail to provided even the minimum standards of compliance with State and Local Health, Safety and Fire Regulations without having to notify the Fire Marshall or Code Enforcement. It has been a ongoing battle between the residents, the residents council and management for the last several years.
Pros: Good location, nice setting, easy access to everything.
Cons: Poorly maintained, mamangement unresponsive to seniors needs.
