Review content:
Valley Carpet Care is always there when they say; they are very prompt. In fact, they have never even had to call to tell me they are running late. The young men are always very courteous and nice. I have been using them for about 8 years.
The work always looks amazing. Even the carpet on the steps look better; I can hardly believe it, but it does. Valley Carpet Care always asks the right questions about if there are any areas of concerns. They also always tell us to get back in touch with them if any spots resurface.
Last time they used a special deodorizing service on the carpet in the living room. I have dogs, and I can't stand the dog smell. The Febreze that I was using wasn't cutting it. After they were done it smelled wonderful and looked a lot better.
