I recently had my daughter's birthday party there and it was terrible!! i would not recommed having a party there! when i booked the party 2 months ago, I was shown room as to where the 2nd half of the party would be ( the 1st is an hour of bowling). it was a nice room. On the day of my party I get there and I'm brought to this totally different room that was the size of a bathroom and had water damage all over the ceiling and it happen to be next to the bathrooms so it smelt! i was never shown this room before nor was i even told about it! when I asked what happen to the other room , I was then told that they also had another party the same time as mine and that party had more people then mine . ( by the way, i was told when i booked the party that they have 1 party at a time one every hour!) We could not even fit all the kids in the room, I asked for the manager who suggested that i have my party in the ""hallway"", I asked if i get money off if I have it in the ""hallway hence, I was paying for a private room. the manager was horrible he offered no solution, I would have walked out except for all my child friends and parents already there. of course we did not fit in 4x4 room that i was given so we were piling put of the room with the food and cake and candy. i had kids who were hanging out at the bowling alley not with my party trying to steal slices of pizza ans cake. I tell manager, whose response was there was nothing he could do about it! you are better off having your party at burger king or mcdonalds!! I would not suggest gil hodged lanes for a birthday party!!! the service is terrible.
Pros: none what so ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: what a terrible way to run a business!
