Slow doesn't begin to even describe our experience with this appraiser! Our mortgage company assigned this yahoo to our account. Once assigned, they were unable to push this guy into calling us for our appointment. We finally had to initiate the calls & appointment. Once in our home, would not listen to any points of value. He walked in with a preconceived notion of value stating that the area was ""over-valued!"" Period. It took an additional 2 wks for him to submit the report. We are now 7 wks into our paperwork and still waiting! He also noted ""problems"", however, had he asked, he would have noted that those were non-issues & in full working condition. Now we are again in a waiting hold for him to respond to the underwriter and our responses to so-called ""problems."" Run, don't walk away from this guy. Not worth the hastle or $$$ you have to pay out for the appraisal. TERRIBLE!!! Pros: Not one!!! Cons: Even our bank hates this guy & wants him off their list. It's that bad!
