These people are amazing. I have used them for a few years and they always take care of me. I had a dishwasher that was a piece of junk and they got it working and found a way to charge it to the manufacturer. They have parts in stock and sell them for less than other local parts retailers. I had a problem with my old drier. The lady on the phone was able to determine the problem, sell me the part, and told me how to install it because it wasn't a big enough deal to pay for a service tech. The people at Paul's care about their customers more than any thing else, and it shows in the way they do business. Don't worry so much about the trolls on the internet that think everything should be perfect (and free) and have too much time to spend exagerating their problems on sites like this. Appliance By Paul is a leader in the industry and a local company who has earned their place at the top.
