I first met Manzar Azari last June when I was in the midst of a major life upheaval. Among other things, the beautiful Pacific Heights home I?d spent 2? years renovating had just been sold, and I was looking for an apartment where I could begin my new life. I found a wonderful flat in a 2-unit building close to my old neighborhood. It seemed perfect for me, especially during this transitional time. And when I met Manzar, I knew I was in good hands. She not only helped guide me through the application process, but offered her support and encouragement at a time when I especially needed it. Her staff was equally as attentive and accommodating ? juggling schedules to show me the apartment several times and allow for an early move-in. In the 9 months since my neighbors and I have been living here, that customer service has been a constant. Whenever we?ve had a problem (e.g., a plumbing issue which has on several occasions resulted in a flooded basement), Manzar and her team have been responsive (whatever day or time we call), resourceful and unrelenting ? in communication with us, and staying on top of the situation and vendors to make sure the problem is fixed and we are taken care of. When everything else in one?s life feels like it?s falling apart, it?s reassuring to be able to count on someone. And we have found we can count on Azari Management Company.
