Let me tell you that my friends and I had a wonderful experience at Wine Spectrum Shop and Bar. We came in after work mid week and instead of having just a glass of wine from their extensive list, Roland (the manager) set us each up with a flight of 3, 2 oz pours and talked to us about the wine. He also convinced us to stay and sample their cheese plate and a few tapas. It was great to find a place to chill out after a long day. We loved two of the wines so much we were able to buy bottles to take them home. Michelle and Lexie we're very friendly staff giving us a good laugh or two along the way while taking great care of us and everyone else. We met some cool people at the bar. I met a wine maker and a tasting room manager from Tamber Bay. If you love a place to relax, love wine, love great little bites and being taken care of...there's no question you have to visit.
