Some young man, their sales 'help', followed me around the store while I was browsing telling me what I should & should not do with my jewlery and what I would & would not like in a piece of jewlery. All of this random information was given to me in a very snooty tone. I never asked his opinion on anything. The whole thing was very odd. So if you are looking for a store where some stuck-up, know-it-all sales rep tells you what you want, then go here. I was looking for a jeweler to create custom pieces. I won't be using Judith Arnell Jewelers. Final note, I am extremely disappointed because my prior experiences here were good.
Pros: beautiful jewlery
Cons: overbearing sales help who needs to stop talking
