Charlie has no idea what he is doing. They had our computer for 40 days! I called them every few days after the first 3 weeks. They never once returned my call nor ever called me. They charged me $275 and did nothing with the computer. They always said ""we have to completley tear it down and rebuild it every time the software doesnt work"". I took it to another place and they installed the software on the spot, without ""completley tearing it down"" (they told me that he was tring to install the wrong disk first). After 40 days I picked up the computer and they would not refund my money. Only an ""In store credit""!! For a service they never provided! They are shady. The owner Charlie is not even man enough to tell you to your face, or try to explain to you his reasons, that he will not return your money. I have since seen other reviews online that stated he has done the same MO to others. I am currently seeking to get that place on the Ft. Bragg off limits establishment list for unethical business practices! Do not go to this place, you will only get the run around, that is unless your problem is so simple anyone can fix. Charlie only cares about one thing, how can he rack up your money.
Pros: Gets a 1 rating only because I cant give a zero
Cons: Slow, uneducated on their products, will never return calls
