Review content:
We hired 360 to demolish and pool and grade the yard. When they finally arrived to start the job, the demolition went fine, if a bit slow at times. The grading, however, was beyond terrible; it was an act of dishonesty. They rushed through the job and quickly covered their work with a deep bed of straw, apparently so that we couldn't see the true nature of their workmanship. Once the straw settled and we could walk the yard, we found pipes sticking out of the ground, blocks of concrete hidden behind trees, and, worst of all, absolutely negligent grading. They did come back to look at the propery, agreed that they did bad work, promised to return to fix it, then never returned, saying that they couldn't afford to take care of it--though I paid them promptly and in good faith. Bottom line: If you need something knocked down, you're probably fine with them, but if you need quality workmanship and a caring touch, look elsewhere. This is the kind of company that gives all contractors a bad name.
