Review content:
Although customers complained about the loud music in the Brandon location, the manager refused to lower the music to an acceptable level (where customers can hear themselves talk). When asked about this, the manager indicated that this was the type of environment that they are trying to create. Well, if you are trying to create an environment where customers literally walk out of the restaurant because the music is too loud and the management has no consideration, then the store will get exactly what it deserves; an empty store!!! I really wanted to rate this store at ""0"" but could not submit without at least one star.
