The doctors are great - their billing practices are horrible!! office visits must be paid at the time of service no matter what insurance you have. ALL prenatal care and delivery must be paid in ADVANCE on a budget plan if insurance does not cover 100%. No exceptions. First visit they overcharged us $347.00 now will not refund the overcharge of the deductible and want to apply it to the ""budget plan"". I was told ""well the patient could never come back after birth this way we get our money"".
