Review content:
The Sow's Ear had been recommended by the concierge of the inn we were staying at. At first the name threw me off but my better half talked me into trying it, and I was SO glad he did. We went in around 6:30, the host, who I assume was the owner, was so genuinely happy to see us and even though we didn't have reservations he said, ""That's okay! We will feed you anyways! Let's eat!"". I thought that was just the sweetest thing and immediately felt right at home. The fireplace kept everyone warm and the flowerpot bread was DELICIOUS! I chose the Salmon baked in parchment paper with dill and lemon butter. The salmon was one of the best I've had. It was cooked to perfection and was moist and flaky. My SO had the kalamata olive and goat cheese stuffed chicken breast and leg, again, one of the best chicken dishes I have had. The chicken was moist and melted in your mouth. We ended with a milk chocolate cheesecake and both couldn't stop talking about how wonderful the whole dinner had been. Our service was fantastic, the dinner was romantic and we felt like we were guests in their home. What a wonderful experience, I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a memorable dinner! Pros: Extensive wine lists, romantic. Cons: Parking may be a bit hard to find,
