THE ONE GIRL ROLLED HER EYES WHEN I ASKED HER IF SHE COULD HELP ME AND WHEN I ASKED HER A QUESTION SHE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT ANYTHING. I LAUGH NOW BECAUSE WHEN II WAS LOOKING FOR IT I TTHOUGHT IS HAD GONE OUT OF BUSINESS BECAUSE THERE WERE NO CARS IN FRONT OF IT SO i DROVE OFF AND WENT TO ANOTHER PLACE AND WHEN I DROVE BACK BY I DROVE UP IN THE PARKING LOT AND SAW THE LIGHTS WERE ON. SO FOR HOURS THEY HAD NO BUSINESS NOW I SEE WHY!! SO I AM GOING TO ASCERTAIN BY THEIR BEHAVIOR THAT IS WHY THEY ONLY HAD ONE GIRL HELPING IN THE WHOLE STORE( AND IT IS A GOOD SIZE STORE AND VERY NICE INSDIE) AND SHE BARELY WAS WORKING THERE, LOL. I ASKED IF i COULD SEE THE MANAGER AND SHE GOT MAD AND I WALKED BACK IN THE BACK TO TALK TO HIM AND HE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH A CUSTOMER THAT WAS ANGRY AND HE WAS BEING RUDE TO THAT CUSTOMER SO I KNEW I WAS IN TROUBLE THEN. THE MANAGER FINALLY GOT OFF THE PHONE AND HE COULD HAVE CARED LESS HOW I WAS TREATED AND JUST SAID HE WOULD HELP ME. I DECIDED TO GO TO ANOTHER TILE PLACE AROUND THE CORNER THAT HAD MUCH BETTER PRICES AND LOVELY SALES PEOPLE. THE MANAGER'S NAME IS MIKE THOMPSON AND HE HAD A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. IT IS TOO BAD THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY OUT OF BUSINESS.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.GO TO PASCHAL'S OR MASTER TILE. WHEN MY TILE PERSON TOLD ME ABOUT THIS PLACE I HAD NEVER HEARD OF IT SO IT WILL NOT LAST LONG!
Pros: VERY VERY RUDE OWNER AND ONE SALES GIRL
Cons: THE SALES GIRL ONLY ONE PERSON WAS DUMB AND RUDE
