Review content:
The owner, Blanca Aldaco, and her manager Manolo are so enthusiastic about serving those of us with celiac disease. This is not so difficult because Aldaco's prepares everything from scratch from family recipes, so it automatically leaves out the wheat. The margaritas are very popular too, and made from scratch, so everyone enjoys them. I send our out of town Bed and Breakfast guests there pretty regularly and all come back raving about their wonderful food and service.
Pros: Lovely setting and ambiance. Large enough for an impromptu crowd.
Cons: People think it will be hard to get to since it is downtown, but not true.
