A few years back, we needed some top-down, bottom-up honeycomb shades for our very tall Eichler windows. After some frustrating phone calls, we hit the jackpot with Window-ology! They helped us order the right shades for our windows, and the shades are high quality and work very well. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. When a repair was needed recently, they were very responsive and got the repair done right away (it turned out to be a small repair that they were able to do while I waited!). I highly recommend Window-ology.
