My experience with Window-ology was fantastic! Michelle was the person who helped me. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful without being too helpful. I think it's great as a customer to not be over-helped into something you don't like, and Michelle was not like that. She listened to what I had to say and offered her suggestions, but was not at all pushy.
Everyone there is fabulous. From the installers to Michelle, everyone was wonderful. In fact, I had used them for a project last year and that's why I called them back this time. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended their services.
