I had been searching for a Somfy expert for some time. I came across your site and reached out. From the minute we engaged I realized your service, attention to detail and knowledge were second to none.
When your engineer, Ken, arrived on-site, it only got better. He was exceptional. Professional, courteous, kind and generous. He got right to it and fixed an issue which two other providers could not (or tried but would not spend the time with me to figure out the appropriate resolution) or would not.
I am smitten with satisfaction and content. I will refer you any chance I can. You can use me as a private and/or public reference. Keep on doing what you're doing - success is natural when you provide for people the way you have in my case.
