Jim and Joe Music is in my opinion the premier demo / song plugging company in America. They have taken my lyrics and transformed them into something magical. If you are looking for someone to put music to your lyrics or just plug your music to the Industry and you don't use them, you will be doing yourself an injustice.
Pros: Professionals at every level
Cons: None to speak of- A+ all the way
