I wish there was a way to leave no stars, but I'll give one so I can write the post. I could live with the slower-than-Cox internet, the tv that randomly shuts off, and the phone that has needed to be reset twice in the last three months, but what I am extremely upset about is that Century Link lied about the cost, refuses to honor the promotional pricing, and included several add-ons after I got the service. I signed up for a package that costs 92.99/month. When I got my first bill, it was very high, but they explained that that was due to a prorated month. My second bill was lower, so I didn't think anything of it. My fourth bill was almost 140! That's a far cry from the 92.99 I was promised. Now they are telling me I didn't have that promotion on my account!!! Liars! What recourse do I have? I've sent in a complaint to the FCC, we'll see if anything comes of it. Everyone out there who's had problems, please do the same!
