My fianc?e has been in there to trade him his laptop for one that had a different feature, and the owner gave an extremely old, junk laptop in its place that did NOT include the feature in which he told him it did. My finance wanted his computer back- and the owner told him it was already sold. After getting the POLICE involved, his original laptop magically re-appeared! Imagine that!
Thats an extremely poor way to run a business.
ALSO- I myself ordered a custom sticker to put on my vehicle. It was a very simple sticker. I was told it would be done in a week. Went in after a week, it was not complete. I was told ""a few more days"" and after 3 weeks following my order I finally received my sticker. I was charged full price after the long wait, which I was ok with, but a friend of mine had the same problem with waiting for his sticker, but received a ""discount"" and got it half price!!!
Needless to say, we do not do business there anymore!
