I would not even give this place one star. We bought a 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid from them(paid in cash) and the transmission went out as I was driving off the lot. When i called Claudia about the car she told me that they werent going to do anything to help us that we should not have bought the car....They were the ones that SOLD it. So now we are out $7000.00 and we need a new transmission...what a horrible place.....I would not even refer my WORST ENEMY to these people.
