Review content:
I am an expert on pc repair and happen to live in the town where this business resides. I just placed a call because their shop window advertises PC Repair and when I called they said they do not do that and where did I hear about it. I was a little confused considering this is what they advertise. I planned on just making general conversation and then going into detail over my real problem. The person who answered the phone was not so friendly. Customer service is huge in my industry so I was not so happy at the way I was spoken to and so I didnt go into detail over the TV I needed looked at. I was totally turned off of the place and I do have a TV that I need looked at so I will just go elsewhere.
