This place has to be a joke. Really? This place is supposed to be for real? I had to call them to see about possibly getting my tv repaired (they were my manufacturer's last option - and now I see why!). The woman on the phone was soo rude right from the word ""Hello"" that it really was comical...oh wait, I dont think she even said ""Hello"" when she answered the phone. Anyway, I have run into some pretty bad customer service in the past, but this one may really take the cake! Do NOT call them to service your TV. I knew I wouldnt let them close to my tv after about the first 30 seconds of the conversation. Only call them if you want to see how NOT to run a business (if we can even call it that) or if you simply want to test your patience and see how long you can go before your blood pressure increases from being treated so rudely!
