I took my vehicle in here with a relatively simple transfer case problem and they told me it would take three hours to open up and confirm the problem (this was 1:00 on friday). i did not hear back from them for four days so tuesday morning i called at 9:00. they tole me they had not started on it yet despite them telling me they would get to it friday. he said he would get to it that day (tuesday) and call me when he knew the problem. by 3:00 they had not called so i called them; no one answered. I called every ten minutes or so from 3:00 till 5:30 when they closed with no answer so i left a message. Again i did not get a call from them for three more days so on friday i began calling them at 10:00 and gave a few more calls and messages throughout the day with no return. I am now here with no vehicle for a week with no idea of the progress or if they have even started working on it. i would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere because they obviously dont care about the customer. Cons: never get your vehicle back and cant contact them
