My grandparents took their sheltie in to get a TRIM and she came back shaved! You couldn't even recognize the dog. Shelties have an undercoat to regulate their body temperature and to protect them from the sun. She will now have to use sunscreen to protect her while outside and keep her indoors most of the day. The person responsible just yelled at my grandparents saying that he didn't care that he did it wrong because he knows that's what they asked him to do. They didn't get their money back or an apology. They will NEVER go there again and doesn't recomend anyone else to go either! They have taken their dogs there for 12 years at least!
