If you want a humdrum impersonal experience with a distracted employee then I recommend going to a hotel spa. If you are looking to have your skin transformed by an entire staff who actually cares about your results, look no further than SKN Medical Spa. Valerie is an articulate, personable and well seasoned professional who puts you at ease the moment you sit down. Dr. Rob, Katie and the rest of the staff are phenomenal, accommodating and sincere. I have never felt like ""just another client/customer"". In fact the entire staff knew who I was when I arrived for my second appointment. How many places can you say that about? I have had IPL, deep poor and chemical peel treatments and couldn't be happier with my results. The first time I went to SKN, for a consult, I was almost in tears I was so unhappy with my skin (adult acne). Now I am proud to say with the regimen Dr. Rob and Valerie have me following I don't feel like I have to cover my face with make-up, my hair or ""strategically place my hands"" to cover embarrassing blemishes. And who takes the time to follow up several days after your treatment? SKN does! And the best part, you will NEVER feel pressured to purchase products or make future appointments EVER, period end of story.
Pros: Knowledgeable, friendly and articulate
Cons: parking can be a challenge but well worth leaving the house a few minutes early.
