My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Doan for seven years. In that time her practice has grown considerably, but her personal attention and concern has not changed. She is up to date on all medical literature, and has great professional relationships with referring physicians. Often when I get to a specialist's office they tell me how lucky I am to have found Dr. Doan. Several have her as their own doctor. I take my 94 year-old mother-in-law to Dr. Doan and she has been exceptionally diligent in staying on top of her issues, which have been frustrating and time-consuming. She has called me directly on many occasions. Make no mistake, this can be a busy office, but I have never waited unreasonably to see her or had staff be rude to me. If you have issues with her staff perhaps you should try being a bit more patient and understanding yourself. If you are looking for a good doctor, I would recommend her highly.
