Review content:
Walking into this school was like opening a door to a new world. A world where one learns to appreciate and respect all things. A test for knowledge and discipline that strengthens the mind, body & spirit. Here i realized that my only opponent is myself. To become better as a person one must challenge himself in order to do so. The best part is that it comes from within and everyone can do it. its amazing to contemplate the structure of the system where a 3 year old can learn discipline and awareness that matches with those of higher ages as others begin to learn the ways and forms that have been passed down through generations. To understand it, is something that cant be told. I recommend this to anyone at any age. No matter what challenge you face there is always a solution & the challenges that we overcome are always met with changes. Changes that we see within ourselves.
Its not just a martial art its a way of life.
