Review content:
This company is a scam. They have you go out and get estimates and then offer you cash for almost 50% lower than the lowest estimate... that's without ever seeing my vehicle. I asked them what repair shop would do it for their discounted reimbursement. They said that was my job and all they could do was pay for what they felt was reasonable... again, never saw my vehicle. Because they delay payments to other insurance companies to stay afloat they do everything they can to make it difficult to work with them forcing one to file with their own insurance. The claims person was eager to close the claim when I even mentioned this.
On top of this there were calls that weren't returned, hold music for over an hour that resulted in answering machine, etc. Next stop is to report to BBB.
This is my first time ever to post a negative article about a company, but this one is well deserved and hopefully a forewarning to other consumers.
