I am a registered vet tech myself and I have never in my life worked in a establishment/clinic that runs in the manner of this one. I had never had a staff so rude and unkind during such a traumatic moment, not only to me...but to my son who was trying to grasp such devastation to his pet/family member. I will go out of my way before I ever step foot back into such a horrible place. I don't usually take it upon myself to speak in a negative manner against anyone - although I have to speak up on such a horrible experience! It makes me state a rating on this place and if they had negative stars, believe me I would definately be choosing them instead of the one star you HAVE TO choose!
Cons: The staff was rude and the care for our pet was devastating.
