I have been practicing yoga for five years now. My first class was with Naader Shagagi, owner and master yogi at Yoga Kingdom Sanctuary. Thanks to Naader Shagagi, the practice of yoga has been life-changing. It has cured me of migraines, lower back pain, and made me MUCH more able to cope with life's stresses. Naader is a divinely inspired teacher - I attend his classes whenever possible because, not only do I get a good practice, the wisdom he shares with us, that channels through him from the Universal masters, is just as important. I recommend YKS to friends and strangers alike. Naader is the BEST!
