It is not often that I actually take time out of my busy schedule to write a review, but I feel compelled. My wife and I just finished building our first house and garage doors was one of the last things on the list to complete. I am an attorney and have a lot of friends/clients in the construction industry, but I was lacking a contact in the garage door arena. I looked online and found Acadiana Garage Doors. I called the office and actually talked with one of the owners on my first call. He was very friendly and polite and seemed to really care about what was right for me, not just about making the sale. He suggested that I go into the showroom and check out the selection. I was expecting to get pressured once I arrived, but Ty was extremely helpful and the complete opposite of pushy. He actually talked me out of buying a pricier garage door because it wasn't the right fit for what I was doing. I visited both the showrooms in Baton Rouge and Lafayette due to me having offices in both locations. When I finally settled on the door, they offered a very competitive and fair price. I placed the deposit and two weeks later the doors were installed exactly as explained. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Oh...and on a side note, ask them about the new belt drive motors they offer. They are extremely quite and have a lifetime warranty on the product. Good stuff!
I definitely will use these guys again in the future and refer them to friends/family.
