I can say that I absolutely LOVE the training that the Keystone Canine Club has provided me and my dog! The trainers are very knowledgeable and will go beyond their ""hour"" of class to help you! (which I have not had in other classes!)
I would recommend this club to Anyone for dog training, whether starting or advancing!
The Only problem, and thus they get a 4, if the ABSOLUTE lack of response to phone calls. Not to mention, there is NO email (you have to email the president of the club). So...in order to get ANY information, you have to email the president. The answering machine is always on, and NO ONE checks the messages.
I had a problem with a teacher canceling class, I called every day for 2 weeks and no one called me back. BUT I email the president, and got a response within a couple of HOURS!
So...Take a class, email for questions!!
