DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS!
Since the 1990's, I have given them a chance every 5 years or so to redeem themselves. Still INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, BUT CHARGE YOU ANYWAY. I had hoped for better service after they received such bad notices a while ago...but, I was wrong! Your friend's kid brother (or sister) will do a better job, and not cost you an arm and a leg to do so. Guarantees? They don't stand behind them.
