I have been going to different shoe labs for the past 4 years and the one in Topanga was a convenient locations for me, I had recently dropped off several shoes there one of which a zipper needed to be replaced, well when I picked up the shoes the zipper had not been replaced which I had not realized until I went home. I went back and the manager of shoe lab in Topanga mall said he fixed them and that I had broke it and he refused to fix it, he said he would have to charge me again. CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR A JOB I PAID YOU FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE, come on! I tried to be reasonable and explain to him that this was not possible and that he had never fixed it in the first place but still had no luck. His manner in handling this situation is horrible I will never go there again.
