Review content:
Went to Champions a couple of times and service was VERY slow and poor. We had to get our own menus since we were at trivia night, and getting a waitress to come take just our drink order took about 20 minutes. We went to get a waitress's attention and told her we wanted to order, and she said ""Well, you'll have to give me a minute"". What an attitude!!!! Took another 15 minutes just to get our drinks, and then took 50 minutes to get our food. One of the meals was wrong and we ended up sending it back, got it back AN HOUR LATER (after everyone else was done eating), and the order was missing things that are normally on it. After trivia night was over, it took 10 minutes for a waitress to even give us our checks. After asking to speak to a manager, we noticed that other employees were pointing and making faces toward our table. Staff her is very unprofessional. Service here has always been slow and the quality of the food is poor also. Cheese fries didn't even look like they had cheese on them, and they looked shriveled like they were sitting in the cooks window for wayyyyy too long. McDonalds has better quality of food and at least the service there is OK!
