I had my first OB appointment today with Dr. Wickman how ever I did not even get the chance to be seen! They called me yesterday from this doctors office to confirm my appointment time which was 10:00am, they let me know that I had to be 15 min. early so I could fill out my new patient paper work. We arrived to the appointment at 9:45am thinking that I was on time. We waited for 35 min. and still I was not called up to see the doctor! My boyfriend had to leave for work by 10:45am so this only left me 25 min. I went up to the receptionist desk and asked her how much longer of a wait it would be and she let me know that they had me down for a 10:20am appointment( that was the time it was when I asked her how much longer it would be) so I would just need to wait a little bit longer then they could get me back there to see the doctor. I was so angry because I am sure that my appointment was not at 10:20am It was at 10:00 and So, We did not have enough time to sit there and wait any longer- We had to leave and the soonest that they could make me another doctors appointment was in a week with a different doctor! I would not recommend this place- they seem to be very unorganized!
