I have been in an out of the doctors office since the end of June with complications with my pregnancy. I had a very upsetting experiences with the office staff and dr/nurse practicionars that are located on Williamsfield Road in Gilbert, Az. At my appointments I ended up having to wait after an hour or longer after my appointment time to see someone and when I finally did they were very quick to make judgements and did not have very good bedside manner. I was not explained things in detail and my appointments were rushed. My ultrasounds were scheduled at the wrong hospitals which was very frustrating for my husband and I. When I would call the office, I would sit on the phone for 15 - 30 minutes trying to get answers. My husband and I finally got fed up and found another dr. whom we are very happy with. When we confronted the office manager that we were very upset with the way we were being treated, she was rude and unprofessional. She did not want to take responsibility for anything that had gone on. After leavning a message for Dr Goodman, we did receive a call back (not from the head dr), but from the office manager apologizing.......but it is a little late for that. I do not recommend this office to anyone!
