Review content:
I'm done with this office for good! I thought I'd stick it out and see if things improved. Nope. They keep getting worse and worse! The Williams Field Rd office is a nightmare. I am 34 yrs old with 3 children, and I do not need to be spoken to like I'm a teenager. Today I saw Dr. Jarem and I sat in my car crying so hard after I left the appt. They are condescending and crass. The dr came into the office to ""greet"" me. I had never met her before, because you see a different dr/phys asst. every time. She said, ""Welcome aboard."" I'm thinking, I'm not new, I've been seen at this practice for over 12 years! Anyway, she said to me, ""So what brings you here, what can we do for you?"" She never even bothered to notice that I'm pregnant and I was there for my routine maternity visit. This was followed by 5 minutes of a condescending speech on genetic testing. Don't even think about asking questions unless you want to make her mad. Also, don't ask questions about alternatives or other treatment options because she apparently will think you are questioning her authority, rather than attempting to make an informed decision.
