I previously used a great pest control company and could not locate them in Dex online, I found Valley East pest Control called and they said they could come out that same day. A team of 2 came out and one sprayed inside while the other sprayed outside. Both the techs told me I should expect to see many dead pests as I had seen before with other pest control company, later that same evening we saw only a few dead and tons of crickets sewer ro@ches still crawling all over the back of my house and property. I called customer service and spoke with Stephanie and explained that there were still a lot of live pests, she was rude, her customer service was poor... not once did they offer to come out and re-spray she told me she would recommend that I call another company. I was told they only spray the perimeter of the house... these people are supposed to be professionals... I called several other companies and was told pest control consists of spraying everywhere pests live like sprinkler heads, drip system areas, around back walls and this company obviously did not do that. This place is awful and I do not recommend. This company will take your $ and do a poor job then refuse to re-spray and run with your money. I wouldn't doubt they have done this before. Stepahani sure is a professional in rudeness!!!
