Review content:
When I need work done on either of my cars, I drive up from Denver to visit O'Malley's. No idea what the Honda owner had a problem with but it sounds like that person couldn't accept that their car had a major problem and got ignorant when a professional gave their opinion. I had an alternator replaced recently. Unfortunately, even though the replacement was a brand new part, it turned out to be bad and started causing electrical issues a few days after it was installed. I called Leo and explained the issues and what tests I'd done to verify that the alternator indeed was bad. The next day Leo made a housecall all the way in south Denver to correct the issue, and I didn't pay one red cent for it. Leo explained that they get parts that are warranted, and they guarantee their work. Above and beyond, indeed. If you are in Denver or its suburbs, yes it's a bit of a drive to get up 285 almost to Bailey, but their rates are more than fair (less than most per hour), and they absolutely guarantee their work.
