This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. I invited friends and family to celebrate my fathers birthday and reserved the back private room, there were 24 of us in all. We had one waitress for the whole party. She never bothered to take drink orders so the guest had to go to the bar and help themselves. Our water pitchers on the table ran out so we had to refill them ourselves. One persons order was misplaced so we had to go over the entire order again. When the food finally started to arrive it was for a few people then another 10-15 minuets would go by and some more food would come out. By the time some people got there food the others were totally finished and my boyfriends order never showed up to the table. They gave it to him to go because it was so late and we were ready to leave. A majority of or steaks were not cooked to order. Well done requests recieved medium steaks, medium request recieved well done steaks, the steaks were not labled at all and the waitress had no idea how to tell the difference. After dinner the waitress offered my boyfriend his dinner for free since he did not get to eat with the rest of us. Time for dessert, the coffee was started and once again we had to help ourselves. I don't know who to blame the management or the waitress but either way the whole experience was a joke. When you spend $500 and invite family to have a good time with you you expect to get better service than one person to take all the orders and serve all of the food by herself for 24 people.
