Review content:
Purchased some hook & loop adhesive and received a product that did not match the site image. Very rude and unprofessional lady informed me that the product was not returnable because it was a ""special order item,"" which was not stated anywhere. After repeatedly asking to speak to her manager, and her insisting there was no one else, I stated that I would be filing a claim. At this point I was put on hold and the lady returned some minutes later to say she would call me back and hung up. She never called back. Days later I phoned her back and she said a refund had been issued. Eventually the credit was received, less 25% ""restocking fee"" which is likely higher than the profit margin on this product. Bad business and we have since found great service with other suppliers. Buyer be warned.
