they were sent to me in braintree by AAA when my car would not start. the tow truck driver didn't even TRY to jump my car. he just tried to start it and then when it didn't start, he just hooked up to the tow. (NEVER TRIED TO JUMP IT) when it got to the shop, the guy at the shop jumped it and right away it started!!! all it needed was a battery!!! so if the tow guy TRIED to jump it, i could have driven it somewhere instead of paying the price to have it towed!!!! they guy already knew my car was being towed to the north shore before he got to me(because AAA told him the destination), so he wanted to go for a nice ride til the end of the day!! he was saying this on a personal call right in front of me!!!! when i called to complain to the owner, it took 3 phone calls and 3 days to hear back and he could care less.
Cons: a girl taken advantage of!!!
