They are horrible. They are not only rude and disrespectful, including the owner Chuck himself. If an owner acts that way then the staff will follow. If the people before me had filed complaints with the bar I never would have gone here. They lie about the repairs, they lie on their estimates. I cant say enough without sounding like a jaded bitchie woman, but it was that bad. Call AAA and ask for a referral.
